Bought a dress online and never got it, lost my money

I saw an add online for a dress and bought it with my debit card. Right after I paid, I got an automatic call from my bank saying it might be a scam. I think I told them it was okay.
I got email receipts from the company saying my purchase was confirmed and it was being shipped. But I never got the dress. I didn't receive the item I paid for at all.
