Paid for a truck seat then they kept asking for more money

I bought an OBS truck seat online and they said it shipped through Sky Port Shipping. Then after I paid they contacted me and wanted more fees. They said refundable insurance so I paid that. Then a duty fee and a stamp duty fee. Every time I paid they asked for something else. They wanted the money through Cash App and Zelle not like a real shipping company would send a bill. I talked to my bank and looked up scams and found out real carriers don't charge refundable insurance or customs fees after shipping and they don't take Cash App or Zelle. Nothing ever showed up.
