Job posting on Facebook led to $40,000 in unpaid work

I saw a post on Facebook from Josh Roy saying he needed companies to run fiber for Ripley Fiber. He said there was a contract to get paid in 90 days. So me and my technicians worked for 3 months doing the job.

After the work was done he just didn't pay. He owes me $40,000. I tried contacting him at [email protected] and calling (281) 254-5087 but no reply. He is based out of TX, USA. Just feels like a total scam.
