Got a weird postcard about a loan I never got

I got this postcard in the mail saying it was from SmartFi. It said I just got a loan from them and to call 833-382-5531 immediately. I never got any loan from SmartFi. The whole thing just smelled like a scam right away. I didn't call the number. It felt off getting a postcard like that out of the blue telling me to call some number right away.
