Signed me up for subscriptions without telling me

I ordered from Smile Actives and they signed me up for a subscription without me knowing. They just kept charging my card. I called them over and over for a refund and to cancel but they would not do it. I lost $55.88 to them. Had to go to my bank and dispute it to try and get my money back. Their website is smileactives.com. They wouldn't help me at all.
