Ordered a jersey 35 days ago, no updates and no replies

I saw an ad on Instagram for smxjerseys.com. They advertised same day shipping. Their website says they're the official replica jersey company for the Super-Motocross world championship, so I ordered one.

It's been 35 days now. No shipping updates, no jersey, nothing. I filed a complaint through Shop app. I used the form on their website. I even emailed them directly twice at [email protected]. No communication back at all.

I had to dispute the $114 charge with my bank. Now I'm just filing this complaint because it feels like I got scammed.
