Ordered from Snugama.com, never got my product or a refund

I ordered from Snugama.com back in October. They promised the product would be delivered by November. I never got any update, so I contacted them using their email, [email protected].

They actually responded, saying their warehouse flooded because of a storm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited. By January, I asked for updates again and got nothing. No product, no real answers. I'm out $60.
