Ordered something online that never showed up and got insulted

I ordered something from sokocanna.com and it was supposed to come through USPS. It just never arrived. So I tried to contact them about it, did what they asked me to do, and then they started insulting me. Then they said I was trying to commit wife fraud or something. I don't know what that is. I paid $40 and got nothing. Their email they used was nk4EyRxKQEEX6RRYdeSFKqU3nZg3pNRzZ20H5u42eWE4NT5oS8fj2aoDSBUOF5EY@messaging.shopi...⇄ and the address they gave is El Monte, CA 91731.
