Got a Medicare bill for services I never received

I got a bill from Medicare saying SOLUTRAN, LLC charged them $76.80 on 12/28/2025. The claim number is 22641591400. The problem is, I never received any services from this company. I don't even know what they're supposed to be for.

I have no idea who they are or why they billed Medicare using my information. It's really concerning that someone could just submit a charge like that. The address listed for them is in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I just want this fraudulent charge removed and to make sure it doesn't happen again.
