Ordered a product but they never sent it and won't refund me

I ordered something from their website Somerie. They printed a shipping label but they don't even have the product. I never got anything.

I asked for a refund and they just won't do it. So I'm out 51 dollars and change. Their email is [email protected]. Nothing else I can do I guess.
