Ordered 3D pens from a Facebook ad and never got them

I saw an ad on Facebook for 3D pens for kids. It was a Black Friday deal back in November, so I placed an order. I got two pens and an extra pack of the ink. The total was almost $95.

Their website still says my order is "on it's way," but I never received anything. I've tried to contact the company so many times. They only have an email address, no phone number. They actually replied one time and said they'd send a refund to my credit card. That never happened.

I've emailed them many times since then, and now they've just stopped responding completely.
