Ordered on TikTok shop and never got my package

I ordered something through TikTok shop and the charge showed up from luxefyx. The website was sorellawear.com and the email they used was [email protected]. It took about 30 days just to process the package.

Then I got a confirmation saying it was delivered but I never got anything. No package showed up at my door. I lost $49.00 on this. Just feels like a waste.
