Ordered shoes from Souatsole and never got them

I ordered shoes from Souatsole and paid $65.89 with my credit card. That was a few weeks ago and nothing ever showed up. They never even made a shipping label or anything.

I checked and there was no tracking number or update. Just charged my card and that was it. Their address they gave is 230 Auburn way south, Auburn, WA 98002 but I don't know if that's even real. Just wanted to put this out there so people know.

Ordered shoes from an ad, never got them and saw it happened to someone else.

I saw an ad for shoes that looked like they'd fix a problem I have. I clicked it and went to the page, picked what I wanted, paid, and sent the order off. There wasn't a phone number anywhere. At the bottom of the invoice it said, "We'll do everything we can to make your time with us enjoyable. If you have any questions or feedback, contact us via [email protected]. This email was sent by Souatsole." I placed the order on 2/25/26 and I never got anything. Then I saw on here that this exact thing happened to another person.
