Bought fake gold bars in an online auction, still waiting for my refund

I participated in an online auction through Southern Collectibles LLC and bought what were supposed to be three 1 oz gold bars. They turned out to be fake. I've been trying to get my money back since February 18.

They told me to mail the bars back to get a refund, so I did. I used two-day shipping with a signature confirmation through FedEx. But then they said they lost the package. Now I'm stuck, because I sent back the counterfeit product but I still haven't gotten my $12,000 back. It's been really difficult trying to get this resolved.
