Got a call from someone claiming to be from Spectrum Business

I got a call from a guy who said he was Paul Shelby from Spectrum Business. He said he could help lower my bill and give me a new modem. He even scheduled an appointment to come out to my business. The call came from the phone number 302-342-3925.

So I called the actual Spectrum Business number myself to check. They told me they don't have any promotions like that going on right now. When I was talking to the guy Paul, it sounded like he was in a call center. The whole thing felt off.
