Signed up for Speechify and they charged me again after a year

I signed up with this company called Speechify that reads text and books to you in different voices. I signed up for one year but I immediately unsubscribed so my credit card would not get charged again later.

Well it has been a year and they charged me anyway. They argued I never cancelled but I have proof I unsubscribed right away and my subscription had run out. They tried to argue with me using AI and it was just going nowhere. I had to go to my bank and submit fraud charges to get my money back.
