SpinQuest locked my account and sided with a hacker who stole my money

I got a text from SpinQuest about winning something. I put in $70 to try and withdraw what I’d won. As soon as I tried to take my money out, they locked my account. Then they let a hacker into my account somehow. The hacker took out $1000. SpinQuest is siding with the hacker and won’t help me at all. I keep contacting support but all I get is the same automated message over and over. They have my money and I can’t get any real help. Their phone is 1(888) 924-4888 and their site is spinquest.com.
