Got a job offer email for a position I never applied to

I got an email from someone named Stephanie Michaels about a remote job. They said they were interested in my application, but I know for a fact I never applied to them. That felt off right away. It made me think they just got my info from LinkedIn or some job site.

They sent me an assessment and a work form to fill out, so I did it. The next day they wrote back saying they needed to fill the role immediately. But they never even set up an interview. No call, no video chat, nothing. The whole thing just didn't make sense for a real hiring process.
