Got a weird voicemail about a loan I never asked for

I got a voicemail from a guy named Steve Jenkins. He said it was about the status of my personal loan request. He called himself a loan specialist and said he was working on approving me for $52,000.

I never asked for any loan. He left this number, 866-398-2896, and said to call him or his team to finalize funding. He talked about pending income verification and balance transfers. The whole thing felt off because I didn't apply for anything. It was just a random message asking me to call them.
