Job offer on LinkedIn asked for my social security and bank info

I saw this job on LinkedIn. I applied for it and they actually gave me an interview. Then they sent an offer letter. Something felt off right away. I did more research after that. The offer letter they sent has forms asking for my social security number and my bank account details. Their website is stewardhc.org/who-we-are and they gave a Dallas, TX address. The email came from [email protected]. They also called from (619) 272-6476. I didn't lose any money but I almost sent them everything.
