Received a job offer from STG Logistiques that doesn't seem real

I got this job offer from a company called STG Logistiques. They said they're branching out to the US and they do have a company in France. The offer they made was very elaborate.

I asked a lot of questions but I couldn't verify any US base for them. The people contacting me weren't found anywhere online. So I reached out to the real STG Logistics company here in the US and I forwarded them the email from [email protected]. They told me I should contact the authorities.

It just doesn't feel legit at all. I need to know what this is, but I'm not sure how to confirm anything.
