Saw an Instagram ad for cheap equipment, but the whole thing feels like a scam.

I saw an ad on Instagram from Stiopa Equipment. They were selling some equipment at a really low price, saying it was a repo unit. They said it was located in Oregon. They have a whole website set up where you can place an auction bid, with pictures and everything. They even answered the phone when I called.

But something about it just doesn't feel right. The whole setup seems off. They have a website, a phone number, an email, and an address in California, but I'm convinced it's a scam to get people's information or money. I didn't lose any money, but I don't want anyone else to get tricked by it.
