Ordered a phone case from Strgirlavenue and never got it

I saw their page with all these cute phone cases. They had a lot of videos and were collaborating with an influencer, and the website looked totally real. So I placed an order.

My order never came. I went to look at their TikTok and found a bunch of comments from people saying "please answer your emails" and "answer your DMs." There was even a whole page made telling people not to buy from them. I tried emailing them myself with my order number and everything, and got no response.

Now I think their website is down. On the Shop app, my order just says "waiting for details" and has said that the whole time. I lost my money.
