Bought a dog fence collar that doesn't work, can't get a refund

I bought a GPS fence dog collar from Stunick from their website stunick.com. It cost me $305. This fence just doesn't work. My dog keeps running away because it only works if you're within like 10 feet of the dog, which makes it useless.

I tried to get a refund. I emailed their support address three times and I called three times. I did this all within their 60-day period. Nobody ever answers. I can't get anyone to reply to me at all.
