Ordered camping chairs from an online store and never got them

I ordered two camping chairs from this website m.suerteyay.com. They never showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever got back to me.

So I disputed it on my credit card because I thought that would fix it. But they still charged me anyway. The credit card company didn't do anything to help. I'm out $73.52 for chairs I never even got.
