Website turned my one-time purchase into a subscription without asking

I made a one-time purchase on sugarbabycare.com and then they turned it into a monthly subscription without asking me. I never agreed to that. When I called customer service they said when I bought the item I automatically signed up for some 90-day challenge. That is not true, the site doesn't say anything about that when you order. It's misleading.

I told the lady I wanted to cancel and not get anything else from them. Before I even called I emailed them to cancel and got no reply. Then a few days later I logged into my account and looked at order history and it still shows a subscription and an upcoming order for May. So they didn't cancel it even after I called. I lost $59.98. Their number is 1(888) 320-1732 and their address is 2403 E 4th ave, Tampa, FL.
