Ordered flowers online but charged more than the price shown

I ordered flowers online from Sunny Flowers. I found a bouquet and put in my credit card info. The total was showing $95.98 on the site but when I checked my card they charged me $134.08. That's a big difference.

I tried to reach customer service but nobody answered. So I cancelled the order on the website. Then I got a text and an email, both saying the same thing. The text came from 971-257-5667 and the email was from [email protected]. They asked if they could do anything so I wouldn't cancel. I said no, I want to cancel. Still no response after that.
