Ordered shampoo but got a tiny sample a month later
I’ve been texting the people at Sunny las.com and they want the item back. But they said I have to pay $20 for shipping and handling to return it. I tried canceling the order right after I placed it but they said I had to wait for it. Then they told me to go ahead and receive the package and they would work with me on the return. Now that I have it they want me to pay to send it back. I told them I’m not doing that.
Now they want me to keep the sample and they’ll give me 40% of what I paid and call it good. I’m just tired of falling for these scams. They could have the shampoo back but I am not paying shipping. I should have just refused the mail. Nobody should get scammed like this.
