Paid for chickens on Facebook and got fake USPS emails asking for more money

I saw a Facebook page offering to ship chickens. I paid $60 via Zelle to her daughter's account because she said there was a problem with hers. That was the first red flag, but I went ahead and paid for four chickens and the shipping.

Then I got a fake USPS email. It asked for $100 for a refundable cage, so I paid that too. The email was poorly written. Then they came back asking for an "insurance fee" and I said no. I requested a cancellation and a refund.

As soon as I asked for my money back, they all disappeared off Zelle. The number is 713-454-2649. I've reported it to my bank.
