Ordered a ring over a month ago and never got it

I ordered a ring from susangloriaboutique.com like a month and a half ago. It never showed up. I emailed them at [email protected] and asked for a refund cause I never got the item.

They wouldn't give me my money back. I paid $32 for it. Just ignored me basically. No package, no refund, nothing. I feel like I just threw my money away.
