Ordered face product from Syrup.com and never got it, no refund

I was on TikTok looking for a face pore cleaner and it sent me to a site called Syrup.com. I went ahead and bought the items with my credit card. It's been over two weeks now and I haven't received anything. I asked for a refund and they told me they can't give one. My card was charged and I have nothing to show for it.
