Ordered from TAKAFINDS.COM, can't cancel and they won't refund

I placed an order on TAKAFINDS.COM on February 15th, 2026. I used my email [email protected]. The payment went through, it was $99.98. Right after, I sent an email asking to cancel the order because their website didn't have a cancellation option. I followed up four or five times about it. For days, I got no response at all.

Then yesterday, I finally got a reply. They said the refund would be processed once they got the product back. But the current status shows the product hasn't even shipped yet. How am I supposed to return something that hasn't been sent out? It doesn't make any sense.

Since the order hasn't shipped, I've asked them to just cancel it and give me a full refund. I'm not getting a proper response or my money back, so I had to file this complaint.
