Ordered a metal garden art and got a cardboard puzzle instead

I ordered a metal Snoopy in an airplane garden art with a stand from Talenoshopus.com. What showed up was just a cardboard airplane puzzle. It's not what I paid for at all.

I tried to contact the company to get this fixed. Every time I try to submit a dispute or send pictures, it just kicks me out. I also tried emailing them at [email protected] and got nowhere.

I'm out $53.97 for this. I just wanted the metal garden decoration I ordered.
