They owe me money for surveys and say the gift cards are out of stock

I did surveys for Tastesphere.com and they pay in gift cards. I have money coming to me, $20 worth. But their website always says the gift card is out of stock. It's been like this for months now. I can't get what I earned. It just doesn't make sense.
