Bought pants from TataCharm and now stuck with junk

I ordered 2 pairs of stretch pants from their website TataCharm.com. The fit was bad and the material felt cheap so I wanted to send them back for a refund. The total I paid was $42.95 with $4.99 for shipping and tax.

They kept giving me the run around. First they offered me replacements at a lower price or just 10% back. I said no I just want to return them. Then they said I could send the items back to their warehouse in Vietnam for a full refund. But the cheapest shipping I found was $19. The original shipping was only $4.99 so why is it so much more to send it back? If I ship it to them I lose about $17.

They also offered me 30% refund if I keep the stuff which is only $11.38. So either way I lose money on these pants I don't even want. Their email is [email protected]. I feel like I got scammed.
