Got a call from Tax Executive about taxes I don't owe.

I got a call from someone saying they're with Tax Executive. It was about some tax collection thing. This is the same exact situation I've seen other people talk about.

The phone number they used is (502) 892-7347. They were saying I owed money. I don't owe any taxes. It didn't make sense to me at all.
