Voicemail about my tax extension felt like they were watching me

I got a voicemail from some tax extension office. The thing is I actually filed for a tax extension this year so that part is kind of creepy you know like they know what I’m doing or something. I don’t know how they got that info. The number they left was (888) 905-0783. I’m thinking maybe I should just wipe my phone clean and start over.
