Got a weird voicemail about taxes from a strange number.

I just got a voicemail on my phone. The caller ID said it was from (771) 247-3390. The message was from someone saying they were from the "tax mediation and assistance office."

I don't know what that is. I never called them or anything. It felt off right away. They just left this message out of the blue. I didn't call back. I don't owe any taxes that I know of, so it didn't make sense. Now I'm just wondering who they really are and why they have my number.
