She said my account is open with unresolved activity and it might trigger charges or collection steps if I don't review it right away. That there's a narrowing window for relief options. She said to call back at 833-720-5475. The whole thing felt off. I don't know this agency and I didn't sign up for any review. The message sounded urgent but it just came from a random number.
