Got a weird call about tax help I never asked for

I just got a call from someone saying they're from the tax resolution mediation office. The caller said her name was Alyssa Brennan. She left a voicemail saying she was from the client assistance division.

She was talking about programs to reduce tax balances and said options were becoming limited. She said a lot of people don't know what they qualify for and that waiting could mean missing out. It felt off because I never contacted them.

She left a number to call back, 888-544-1482, and said to press 3 to be removed if I didn't need help. I don't have any tax issues I know about, so this call was unexpected and confusing. I didn't lose any money, but it didn't make sense to me.
