Paid $10,000 to set up a trust and now they won't answer me

I was contacted by Teamalltrust.org. They said they would open a trust for a $10,000 donation and that they would guide us through the whole process. They also said they would help us amend our tax returns.

After we paid the money, they sent us some paperwork with trust information. But since then, they have not responded to any of my emails, calls, or texts. I've tried everything to get in touch and there's just no reply.

I don't even know if the trust they supposedly set up is actually real. I paid them $10,000 and now I can't reach anyone. It feels like they just disappeared after getting the money.
