TesterUp changed rules and won’t pay me for games I finished

I been playing with TesterUp on and off for a few years but lately something changed. The last two games I played for hours and hours to reach a higher level and both times I didn’t get credit. They told me the offer expired but that’s not true. I sent them screenshots and videos showing the offers were still active on my app but they just refuse to pay me. When an offer expires they put a line through the amount and remove it from the main goal list. That didn’t happen here. One was for $8.50 and one was for $10.00.

Then they raised my cashout limit from $20 to $35 for no reason at all. I finally got to $35 and now they say I violated terms and conditions and denied my cash out. They said they would put it back in my game and I can still play but not cash out? You would think they would be grateful to long term players but instead they just refuse to pay and get free play time. It’s disgusting.
