Website promised one time purchase but charged me every month

I went on this website www.testlibary.com to get my test results sent to me. It said ONE TIME purchase for $1.95. So I paid that. Then I got an email thanking me for the $1.95 and here are my results.

But way down at the bottom of the email in tiny print it says they will pull out $39.45 every 4 weeks. I never agreed to that. I thought it was a one time thing. I lost $39.95 total.

I looked on Reddit and a lot of other people had the same thing happen. Their address is 9110 Selborne Lane 220, Palmetto, GA 30268. Their phone is (507) 853-1222 and email is [email protected]. Really misleading.
