Phishing text about a traffic violation I never got

I got a text message that looked like it was from the Texas District court. It said something about a traffic violation and had a link to click on. The website was HTTPS//tx.dmvvpsd.subs/dmv which didn't look right to me.

The phone number on the text was (212) 781-9134 and they listed an address at 8036 Mimosa Dr., North Richland Hills, TX 76180. I never got any ticket or violation notice in the mail or anything. I didn't click the link because it felt strange. No money was lost but it's still annoying getting these fake messages.
