Paid $8000 for a car that doesn't exist, seller ghosted me

I saw a car for sale from Texoma Auto Wholesale. The guy on the phone, his number is (580) 204-3161. He was selling it through their website, texoma-autowholesale.com. The email they use is [email protected] and they list an address in Mead, Oklahoma.

He wouldn't give me any real info about the car. No pictures, nothing. I still sent the money, $8000 total for what was supposed to be an online purchase. As soon as the payment went through, that was it. He stopped answering my calls. Won't reply to any emails. Just completely ghosted me after taking the money.
