Ordered an engine online and never got my money back

I ordered an engine from the website theautonations. They took my $800. After I paid, they told me there was an issue with that engine and asked if I wanted a different one. I said no, I just wanted my money back.

I never got my money back. They stopped answering me completely. The phone number I had was 408-773-6242 and the guy's name was Luke. They also have another website, thepremiumeauto.

I lost my money and I just don't want this to happen to anyone else.
