Bought a Christmas garland that was terrible quality and now I can't get a refund

I bought a Christmas garland from thefloragrove.com. It showed up okay, but the quality is just horrible. The real problem is I can't get in touch with the company at all to start a return. Their site said 30 day returns after delivery.

I've emailed them multiple times at [email protected] and never got a single reply. So I can't even process a return to get my money back for this thing. I tried going to their website today and the whole site is gone. It just doesn't exist anymore. I'm out the money I paid.
