application and the credit card payment of $was to be picked up after running the credit cardThe credit card was run on 7/28//The credit card was run after we received a suitable credit/background report and a suitable landlord reference.We received the completed landlord reference on 7/The landlord reference states that *** gave them proper notice to vacate her current rental showing her intent to follow through with her move to The LandingsOn 7/24, *** also paid $80.00, (for credit/background fees), in the form of a check which she asked to be held until the next day.On 7/25, *** *** sent Becky Wilson an email to "ease her mind" regarding ***s request to hold the $checkShe explained that this is not a occurrence and hoped that it would not affect their application processShe offered to pay the $80,00"now" and offered to give her credit card information so it can be handled asapBoth *** and *** sent copies of their paystubs verifying income.On 7/*** sent Becky an email asking if we've made a decision to approve their application, They were approved.On 7/28, Becky sent an email to *** confirming their move in date of 9/22, so she could prepare the Lease.On 8/between 9:00-9:am, *** called our office and told Becky that "it's not going to work out" and they won't be able to move to The Landings."Supporting documents are attached
