Letter about my mortgage with no company I recognize

I got this letter in the mail and it looked weird right away. It had my first name on it and said something like "We have been trying to reach you regarding a matter of importance as it relates to your mortgage. Please call 1-833-408-1583. Thank you, The Mortgage Service Center."

What bothered me is it had my county where I took out my mortgage and even my bank's name. That felt strange. I didn't call the number because something felt off so I looked it up online first and saw other people got the same exact letter.

I didn't lose any money since I never called. Just wanted to put this out there so others know about it.

Mail about mortgage rates with no company name on one

I got three different mailings in the last week or so. Two of them say they are from The Mortgage Service Center, with phone numbers 833-412-1369 and 833-408-1584. One was just a postcard and it doesn't even say who it's from.

The other two are trying to get me to call about my mortgage rates or something. I didn't call. It all just feels weird. I don't know why they keep sending stuff when I didn't ask for anything.

Got five letters from this company after my loan

I got a loan through a legit company and right after that I started getting letters from The Mortgage Service Center. I got five of them already. They have my loan amount, the loan date, the mortgage company name, and even the county where the loan came from. Some of the letters say "PLEASE CALL UPON RECEIPT OF THIS NOTICE" in big letters. Others have this "Mortgage Protection" seal on them like it's official or something. It's confusing.

They use different phone numbers on each letter. I saw 878-251-2331, 833-402-0148, and 866-663-7459 but the company name is the same on all of them. One letter had tiny little print that says they are insurance underwriters. The address on the envelope was PO Box 19595, Jacksonville, FL 32245.

It just felt off. I didn't sign up for anything from them.

Got a weird letter about my mortgage from a number I don't know

I got this notice in the mail from my bank, Merck Sharp and Dohme Federal Credit Union. It said they've been trying to reach me about something important with my mortgage. It told me to call 1-833-408-1583 and it was signed "The Mortgage Service Center."

I don't know that number. It didn't feel right. I checked with my actual bank and they had no record of sending it or trying to contact me about my mortgage. Nothing adds up. Now I'm just left with this strange letter and a phone number I'm not going to call.
