Ordered a pillow from The Pillow Home and lost over $90

I saw ads for The Pillow Home on Facebook and Instagram. Their website, thepillowhome.com, promised a high-quality pain relief pillow with a 90-day trial and easy refunds. What I got was a pillow of the lowest quality.

When I tried to return it, they told me to ship it to China. That’s not the New Mexico address listed on their site. I had to pay for that international shipping myself. I lost $92.50 on this whole order.

I looked it up and found other people got scammed the same way. Their pillows get blocked at Chinese customs and nobody gets a refund.
